Chella Limoncello Mojito

4 mint sprigs

1 oz Chella Limoncello

1 oz Rum

3 oz Club soda

1 oz Simple syrup

1 wedge lime

1 mint sprig and lemon slice for garnish

Instructions:

Place Mint + lime in shaker and muddle

Add Limoncello, Rum, and simple syrup in shaker and fill with ice

Shake to chill

Pour into glass, add garnish with lemon slice and mint sprig.
